For Online Orders:

• You have fifteen (15) days from the delivery date to initiate a return through our return portal.

• Return the item to us at the address provided in your order confirmation email.

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Any signs of use, damage, or alterations may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Late Returns:

If for any reason you miss the return deadline, your item will no longer be eligible for a refund. However, as a token of appreciation, we offer you the option to purchase another item at a 30% discount. This way, you can still get a product you love at a lower price.

Shipping Costs:

Generally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error, such as sending the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within two business days and send it back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damage After Purchase:

ReplicaBagKart is not responsible for any damage to goods after purchase.
